Question Which choice is correct?

Question:
A: Don't forget to send a postcard from France.

Choices:
1) Fine, I can.
2) Sure, but I won't.
3) Okay, I won't.
4) No problem, I will.

I get a bit confused about the third choice and the fourth choice.

Point 1:
Okay, I won't (forget). vs No problem, I will (forget).
Answer is 3)

Point 2:
Oky, I won't (send a postcard from France). vs No problem, I will (send a postcard from France).
Answer is 4)

I'd use number three- 'I won't forget'- because the first speaker is reminding the person, so the key point is confirming that you won't forget.

I think i´d go for number 3 if i don´t want to forget to send it to France!! lol
but if feel like you don´t feel like sending it, then go for number 4, since it implies that you will forget to send it to France

I'd also choose 3) over 4).

Max: Don't forget to send a postcard.
Pat: Okay, I won't (forget). main verb: forget
Sam: No problem, I will (forget).

There's also puntuation to consider, which if we changed it would make 4) correct:

Sam: No problem. (I won't forget.) I will (send you a postcard).

Additionally, there could be an implied reminder, say, "Remember", which again would make 4) correct.

Max: Remember, don't forget to send a postard.
Pat: No problem, I will (remember). main verb: remember
Sam: Okay, I won't (remember).
Sam: Okay. (I will remember). I won't (forget to send you a postcard).

In short, 3) is still the best choice:

Max: Don't forget to send a postcard.
Pat: Okay, I won't (forget to do that)
Sam: Okay, I won't (send you one). play on word order

I'd rather you chose the third option.
Do not forget..... I will not .....(I promise)
Don't/I won't

Why not simply add the appropriate verb to avoid confusion.
3. No, I won't forget.
4. OK, I'll send it.
