Hi! Im in an honors english 9 class and right now we are working on writting autobiographical narratives. My paper is due tomorrow and i have a few final revisions that i have to make to my paper, but im not really sure how to make some of them.
One of my sentences was:
In the dugout the emotions were flying because we all knew that no matter the outcome, this would be our last game playing together as Indiana Magic Gold14u.
My english teacher said she wanted me to rewrite the part that says "the emotions were flying". I think i know what it means but maybe she doesnt so how else would i put that?
A common expressions is 'emotions were running high'.
Always capitalise I.
