I do not understand the meaning of a sentence.

'I have less problem teacher doing it than student doing it.''

What is the meaning of this sentence? Does it mean the person has less problem when students doing it OR when teacher doing it?

It's a badly written sentence, but the person has fewer problems or less of a problem with the teacher doing it.

"...with the theme "Women in Media".
"...with the theme of "Women in Media".

I prefer it without "of".
