My main duties are:
Management of the supermarket in general
Task organization for department supervisors
Control of the work quality
Carry out of the plan of supermarket sales
Reducing the wastes and writing off of the non-liquid goods
Controlling for the accuracy and timely orders with suppliers.
Controlling of the work organization of the department employees
I’m also responsible for communication with controlling bodies (sanitary inspection, fire inspection, tax inspection, consumer rights inspection)
I organize trainings of the staff- heads of the departments.
I solve conflict situations with consumers
