Good evening,

I would like to have some suggestions about English movies for foreigners. I'm Italian and I often have the chance to speak English. I think to move to England to work and in the meantime I'd like to spend my spare time improving English.
Could you suggest me some good movies suitable for foreigners?

There are so many movies you can watch and benefit from out there. Try to watch them with the subtitles or caption on. Plus! You can watch youtube.com videos! I've borrowed so much material for my students from that site - it's incredible. Good luck to you!

A warning about subtitles (AE closed captions):

They are intended for the hard of hearing, not language students.

As such they are not always faithful transcriptions of the actual words spoken on screen; they often paraphrase what is said for the sake of brevity.
