    Default wet the bed

What do we describe an adult who always wet the bed during sleeping at night without any significant health problem. (not stroke...)

I would suggest that an adult who routinely wets the bed DOES have a health problem!
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

'I say I say I say, your roof leaks at night.'
    'How do you know?'
    'Because it's enuretic.'

(This may require a bit of thought - and you'll probably decide it wasn't worth it in the end.)
