Are 'we' offering the office space, and 'you' taking it? If so, it would cost 'you', not 'us', the sums you mention.

What do you mean by 'as intended by you' and 'follow our office'?

If you can clarify these points, we'll try to help.

A frined of mine is willing to sit his two guys in my office, I will provide them a partion of my office and charged them on quaterly basis.
