For the time

Is it correct to say for the time or it should be "between" 9: AM to 1:00.. This is to let people know that they will have to leave the room during this time due to earlier booking. Please help to correct it. Thank you

Room is reserved for the time 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

It is certainly understandable and correct but you could also use "between" and substitute "and" for "to" OR use "from" with "to". In any use, "for the time" is not necessary.

So the sentence is -

Room is reserved between 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM.

No. Bill said, 'you could also use "between" and substitute "and" for "to"' .

So: Room is reserved between 9:00 Am and 1:00 PM.

Incidentally, I prefer "The room is reserved..." or "Room reserved..., and lower-case "pm".
