The representatives of the company shall be provided the opportunity to give a presentation of the new products. The contracting parties have agreed on terms as follows. The Agreement includes the list of companies (firms) attending the meeting or that will attend the meeting? Should I use "shall" instead of "will" in an agreement? Thank you for your help.

You can use 'shall'- it is used: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search The Agreement includes the list of companies (firms) that will attend the meeting This sounds better to me. What sort of companies/firms are you talking about? If they're legal, then use 'firm', but if they're commercial, I'd use 'companies'.

Thanks for replying! Now, how does this sound: The company shall arrange a presentation of the new product to potential customers.

One more thing. Is it correct to write CONTRACTING parties if this is an AGREEMENT (and not a CONTRACT)? Thank you!

How about 'parties to this agreement'? The other's fine to me.
