    We have to study Causative Form because it will ____________ on the test.
    Which verbs are suitable in the sentence above? To be? To appear? To fall? Other verbs?

    "Be" is the most common. "Appear" also works. "Fall" doesn't work.

    Is the capitalization of "causative form" correct? I see these things occasionally in native writing, but I never know if it's right.

    Personal choice. It's rather like the names of tenses and aspects. For some people, it's 'the Present Simple'; for others, it's 'the present simple'. I used to capitalise, but I am becoming a Lower-Case Man (normally ).
