Question "He who keeps his face towards the sun will.....

    Hello,

The below saying, does it mean that the one who is tremendously ambitious and determined to be a successful person, will certainly acheive his plans and dreams as he has a strong will.

"He who keeps his face towards the sun will find that the shadows fall behind him"

Would you please tell me if my explanation is correct?

    Thank you.

Perhaps you are right, but your interpretation is a bit utilitarian and concrete for me.

I think it means that when you have a good attitude, you see nice things in the world, even if the reality is the same, just by virtue of your disposition.

Thank you so much for your answer, so it means that the optimistic person always see the brighter side of things, and enjoy a good life.
