    Default "from the" or "via"

    Hi,

I have a discussion with my collegues:

    1.
For reorders or reorders from the "Online Service Center" and Webshop, press 2.

    2.
For reorders or reorders via the "Online Service Center" and Webshop, the 2 key.

Is it "from the" or "via" ?

    Thx!

Via (from the Latin, meaning "by way of") is usually used to indicate in intermediate step, as in "going from A to B, via C"

I would choose the first one, as that is the direct source.

I think you mean "orders" or "reorders."
