usage of "be" "There can be little argument with other proposals, such as that show flats be true representations, and that brochures and information about prices and sales be released sooner than they are now."Quoted from SCMP, HK
Why the words in bold letter should be "be" but not "have to be" or "should be" , Could anyone explain the usage of "be" in this case to me?

Teacher Re: usage of "be" It is the rarely used present subjunctive form. Most people nowadays would write 'should be'.
