    Default Returns and consignments.

    Is 1 or 2 correct?

    1. If you wish to speak to a member of the "Finance Department" or have a question about returns or consignments, press 3.

    2. If you wish to speak to a member of the "Finance Department" or have a question about product return or consignments, press 3.

    First question:
From the dictionary -> On consignment: if goods are on consignment, the person or company that receives them will only pay for them after they have been sold.
I’m not sure how to use the word “consignment”. Is it necessary to use “on…”. I don’t think so…

    Second question:
Should we use “returns” or “product return”?

    Thx!

    Either is acceptable.

I’m not sure how to use the word “consignment”. Is it necessary to use “on…”. I don’t think so… Depends on context. Your example from the dictionary is correct.
