Question Use of : It is

I am a little confused in using (It is) in these kinds of sentences:

    1) You're the only one who believes that it is true, or
    a) you're the only one who believes that is true.

    2) The only thing that passes, it is life, or
    b) The only thing that passes, is life.

    Which of them are correct.
I also want to publish the following message on facebook, and please, I want you to make the corrections, before publishing it. The text is as follows :

We pass our lives awaiting for something to happen... and the only thing that passes is life. We don't have the courage of the moments until they have become in remembrances, therefore, do what you want to do before it becomes in '' what you had liked to do''. Don't do an eraser of your life, because maybe, you don't have time to make a clean copy of it, or fair copy of it.

I will appreciate your assistance in these matters.

    Thanks and Regards

the 'that' in each is grammatically different. in the first it is a conjunction; in the second it is a pronoun.

    2) The only thing that passes, it is life, or Rare, but used in poetry.
    b) The only thing that passes, is life.OK. but the comma is unnecessary.

Which of them comments. are the corrects. Adjectives generally don't have a plural ending.
    ...
Sorry - I don't have time for detailed comments.
