Which one of these alternative is the correct word order in this sentence and why?


Lisa thought it was pleasant to .. (1) + finally have read
.. (2) + have finally read


Question 2:

It provides a better care for the homeless and make (+s) ...

Should I use a s after make? Or should I just have a s after provide?

Both are acceptable.
