Office Manager

Our new manager has the title of The America's Manager (for both North and South America). Are we using the correct use of the apostrophe in this instance?

I'm really interested in what the English-speaking members will say...
In many parts of the world, "America" is synonymous with "the USA".
FL Wright had coined the term "Usonian" I think, but it didn't catch on, the idea of the "manifest destiny" was probably too deeply rooted in the spirit of the US citizens.
But we also refer to the whole continent as "America", divided into North, Central, and South America. Most of the time, no confusion is possible because of the context.
So here, maybe "The America's Manager" should be taken as "The Manager in the continent called America"...
I heard a comedian say once "What is this people that doesn't even have a name for their own citizens?..." (a French comedian of course, we are so sarcastic ...)

If an apostrophe must be used, it should have the apostrophe after the 's' IMO becuase it he or she manages the two Americas. However, I see no need for an apostrope- 'Accounts Manager' doesn't have one.
