Hi all,
In reply to a mail I need to confirm that the original address I'd given hasn't changed yet, and they can still contact me (via)/(through)/(at)-?-the same address, as required by them. Would anyone please tell me if there is any appropriate and formal structure to put this, or any layout for such a short email? I thought threre must be some rules or clishe for this purpose.

There's no need for this. Just say what you want to say, for example:

Dear Mr Johnson,

I am writing to confirm that you can still contact me at the address you have on file: 13 Erewhon Street, Anytown, Oxbridge, OX34 CV12
