'is' vs 'will be' Dear teachers
Which one of these sentences is OK?
I would like to know when the journal is out.
I would like to know when the journal will be out.
By 'out' I mean published.

Teacher Re: 'is' vs 'will be' Without further context, your first sentence could be enquiring when, i.e. on what day of the month, the journal regularly appears.
