    Default whenever it's been

"Does it mean that a guy still likes you whenever it has been like 10 years and he asks questions about your current relationships and seems to get mad when you say that they are good?"

Does it mean after it has been 10 years since they broke up?

It would seem to mean that.

Could I use the present perfect and the present perfect progressive with whenever?

This sentence is part of a text about racing snails.

"Why is it that whenever its been raining snails always decide to race across paths and roads to the other side?

I didn't say it was good English, I said that it would seem to have the meaning you suggested.

Could you tell me what wrong is about the use of whenever?

So it should be ''whenever I'm told" not "whenever I've been told"?
