Hi,
What does the "with the schedule" mean in this sentence?
They have had an inordinate number of problems with the schedule.
Does it mean "in their schedule, they have many problems"?
Thanks a lot
Can you provide some context for this statement?
I'd like to but I can't.
Because this is only an example sentence from M-W dictionary.
Thanks a lot
What was the word that you looked up in the dictionary which gave this as an example sentence?
Inordinate.
The example given means that they had an unreasonable amount of errors with the schedule they were preparing (or had already prepared).
