    Can someone please email me a list of what Proper Nouns and common nouns are for my daughter who is in the 3rd grade

    Proper nouns are the names of individual people, places, etc. E.g.,
    Mabel, London, Hotel California, Green Meadow Primary School, Monday, October, etc. The first letter of a proper noun is a capital letter.

    Common nouns are the general words for people or things. E.g.,
    teacher, cat, trees, table, house, sugar, school, holiday, happiness, journey, etc.
