Can you tell me what I have to use: a coma or a point?

Not a teacher.
It's common practice to use a comma to separate hundreds from thousands. But I've seen plenty of examples with omitted commas. A point turns a number into a decimal.

132,559,643. one hundred and thirty-two million, five hundred and fifty-nine thousand, six hundred and forty-three.

Verona is quite right - we frequently omit the comma, particularly with numbers under 10,000
.

5.963. Five point nine six three = 5 + 963/1,000

And we don't use a comma when writing a year:
