Help with Fragment Sentences.

Hello,

I need some help with this particular sentence. INVOICES: Unless otherwise requested by Buyer, invoices shall (a) be rendered separately for each delivery; (b) cover not more than one order; (c) be rendered with order number noted thereon.

If anybody can please help me to correct this sentence, i will appreciate it.

I'd say 'the Buyer' and 'the order number'. I'm not sure what you mean by 'noted' here- who's recording it?
