is it always 'Her...' and not 'His...'?
1. Her Excellency Anne Jones
Ambassador of COUNTRY NAME
(never His Excellency Anne Jones?)
2. Her Grace the Duchess of PLACE NAME
(never His Grace the Duchess of...?)
