Dear All,
I am using in my sentences so many times the word "Been".
But still i have some doubts and sometimes affraid to use this.
If i say in my sentence "Its been in my notice from so long". is it correct??
Kindly reply as soon as possible.
I am trying to know where and when we can use the word "Been".
you corrected my sentence. Thanks for that but appreciate if you make me clear for the word Been.
Thanks once again
I can't comment on the use of the word "been" if the rest of the sentence doesn't make sense. If my understanding of what you wanted to say is correct, then you don't need the word "been" at all.
The word "been" is part of the past perfect of
"to be". Is it the past tenses that you have problems with?
I am ill.
I was ill.
I have been ill.
I had been ill.
It is raining.
It was raining.
It has been raining.
It had been raining.
I suggest that you post here two or three sentences in which you want to use 'been. We can then comment on them
If the meaning is what emsr2d2 guessed, and if you're adamant that it has to be expressed with 'been', you would have to make it into a very rambling sentence:
'It's [note apostrophe] been something I've been aware of for some time' - that gives you two 'been's.

PS: You are confuseD - something has been bothering you for some time.
