Default same high school

ONACHU
I have just heard this Japanese word for the first time.
It is a very much shortened word for 'the same (junior)
high school'.
I think "We are onachu" means "We attended the same
(junior) high school."
Is there such a shotened word(s) in English to
mean this?
'Same same hi'?
Thank you.
