present progressive and present perfect continuous

- I have been in Paris for almost a week and 1) I've been enjoying a lot.
2) I'm enjoying a lot.

Are they both possible even though with a different meaning?
The first underlines that I've been having fun since I arrived in Paris up to the moment I'm speaking; the second means that I'm having fun at the very moment of speaking...Is it correct?
