1) If I quote from a book in a text, should I type the name of the book in italics?
2) Should I type the first letter of the quotation in bold?

1) If I quote from a book in a text, should I type the name of the book in italics? OK or underline and in either case use caps for each word except perhaps for articles.
2) Should I type the first letter of the quotation in bold? I would, with quote marks beginning and end.
