What " get fall in" mean?
I've never heard it before but I'm going to bite the bullet and have a try. I Googled "Lanvin" and it's a designer fashion label apparently. Each season, designer shops get in a new collection of clothes. "Fall" is AmE for "autumn". So my guess is that s/he is saying that it is like being unable to get into the Lanvin designer clothing shop on the day that the new autumn clothing collection goes on sale. I assume that the kind of people who get excited about such things would be very disappointed if they couldn't enter the shop on such an auspicious occasion.
I am ready to be proved entirely wrong about my whole answer, by the way.
