    Default raise

    Hi

Though visualization is the basis of all spells it is simpy a tool which should be properly used. It must be real in the mind of the spell-caster so that it allows him or her to raise, concentrate and send forth energy to accomplish the spell.

How should I understand the word "raise" here?

"To create" or "to make stronger". It's not entirely clear which, but from what I know of spell-casting, it usually means to actually cause the required energy to exist, so it would probably be "create".
