In the following sentence,
The particulars and schedule during your stay will be forwarded to you soon.
"particulars" seems improper and unnecessary for it usually refers to sth which is written and is kept as a record, for example, it is used with the police or nurse. So the word "particulars" can be deleted. Is that right?
Another question:
"forwarded" is not right. It can be replaced with "sent" or "mailed". Is that right?
'Further details and your schedule during your stay will be forwarded to you soon'.
There's nothing wrong with forwarded.
