    . . . so that we may complete our agenda.
    In the sentence above, I think it is not acceptable to native speakers to use "complete" and "agenda". It is acceptabel to them to use "draw up / establish / set our agenda". Is that right?

    At the end of the meeting, when all our planned business has been discussed, we have completed our agenda.

    Your alternatives all concern formulating an agenda before the meeting.
