I sent them my all joining formalities and now I want to know am I Registered employe of company.

Please see my amendments to your post in red. You need to concentrate on your use of capital letters. Most of yours weren't required.

I don't know what you mean by "I want to send my attendance" - do you want to advise the new company the details of your attendance at your previous employment? However, you said that you have already sent them all joining formalities, so I'm not sure what you now need to send them.

Please try to write the letter yourself first, post it here and then we can help you.
