I think a sentence following "A school superintendent who" is not correct

It has to be like "A school superintendent who manages overseas 200,000 pupils"

The original is correct. He overseees (= supervises) 200,000 pupils.

I'm not sure which bit you're confused about. "Oversees" is the correct verb (meaning "to supervise" or "to be in charge of") but you have spelt it as "overseas" (meaning "from abroad") twice.

Does that help? The sentence which I have made red above is entirely correct (with the correct spelling of "oversees").
