Default have a good feel?

"This keyboard has a good feel."
"This mouse has a good feel."
"This leather has a good feel."
I can't get "has a good feel" in these sentences.
Thank you.

Also, of mechanical devices:

1. This keyboard has a good feel = this keyboard functions gratifyingly well.

So a mouse has a good feel - is it a computer mouse? Then it may be interpreted in the way MrP has just mentioned:
a mouse has excellent operational properties and is comfortable to use.
