- specify the trade terms (or commercial terms?)
- due date of the invoices
- important for us or to us?
- finally or in conclussion? (which one is better?)
- exclusive representation on certain markets after launching your product
- cooperation or collaboration

Please consider the question if there is possible for us to know the information about...

In our clients the due is usually...days.

Of course, we are accessible (or we accept or we are opened???) if you specify a credit...

If they're working together, I'd use 'collaboration', but is it a 'joint venture'?
