Question business english again - help please

I need help with this, please. Are the following sentences/expressions correct:

    - specify the trade terms (or commercial terms?)
    - due date of the invoices
    - important for us or to us?
    - finally or in conclussion? (which one is better?)
    - exclusive representation on certain markets after launching your product
    - cooperation or collaboration

Please consider the question if there is possible for us to know the information about...

In our clients the due is usually...days.

Of course, we are accessible (or we accept or we are opened???) if you specify a credit...

Redo the invoice in which you confirm the mentioned due date.

Open the topic which is important to us, THAT IS the possibility of....

It is important to be careful about this fact.

Our order was fulfilled with no problems, other than the missing items, which we counted with??? (or we were aware about???)

Sorry for being this so long! I'd really appreciate if you could help me to correct this.

    - specify the terms of trading ??
    - important for/to- both could be possible; could you give a bit more context?
    - finally/ in conclusion- both work
    - on certain markets -in
    - cooperation or collaboration- depends on the context and the degree of association
    - In our clients the due is usually...days. - I don't get the meaning of this
    - Of course, we are accessible (or we accept or we are opened???) if you specify a credit- what will you actual;ly do if they specify?
-Redo the invoice in which you confirm the mentioned due date.- mentioned or agreed?
-Open the topic- broach the topic
which we counted with??? (or we were aware about???)- aware of

Thanks, tdol! Cooperation or collaboration between 2 firms (Ltd). In our clients the due is usually....days. I meant due date.

If they're working together, I'd use 'collaboration', but is it a 'joint venture'?
