I would like to ask which is a better sentence in the following circumstance.
A customer made an enquiry by e-mail. But customer service representative (CSR) hadn’t answered his questions, she only repeated the product information provided by the customer in their back-and-forth mails several times.
The customer started losing his patient and was about to make his complaint to her senior.
Another CSR appeared and apologized, she promised to answer the questions as soon as possible. (No deadline has given.)
Which sentence is correct / more natural to express his feeling (he expects to get the answers this time but not sure.) in his reply to this CSR in the situation?
1. I hope I can have my answer next week.
2. I hope I can get my answer next week.
3. I hope I will have my answer next week.
4. I hope I will get my answer next week.
5. None of above?
Thank you!
