I'm Woo Hyuk, from Korea. I'm opening an International Kindergarten in my country in, like, two months and thinking of naming it in English. The name in Korean is, word-by-word translated, "Funny Music Note" . I find "Music Note" would be very rough and totally not proper in English. So I've kinda come up with a couple names like : Fun Melody or Jolly Melody, but I really have no idea if they sound suitable, common for a kindergarten or not. I want to name it something more naturally American, more childish ,., It doesn't have to be exactly Music Note, or Melody, something similar is ok, since my English is kinda limited so I just can think of those. If you have any bright idea, please give me some recommendations. Thank you very, very much.,. (I desperately need your help). Last edited by tot2ivn; 15-Oct-2005 at 13:14.

What about naming it "The Funny Bone"? Look what the CALD has to say to this: funny bone noun [C] INFORMAL the outer part of the elbow (= the middle part of the arm where it bends), which hurts a lot if it is knocked. We Germans call it "The musician's bone", too.

What about, Happy Tunes or Merry Melodies? The latter is a trademark, though. It's the name of a famous American cartoon (Disney).
