I do not think we can use this word "delicious" like that. Can I correct it like this:
Everyone liked the delicious food extremely. Or do you have anyother advice?
Everyone liked the delicious foodextremelyvery much.
Note also: "The food WAS..." not the "The food WERE..."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
Everyone thought the food was delicious.
The food tasted delicious to everyone.
Everyone enjoyed the delicious food a lot.
They all enjoyed the delicious food immensely.
They really enjoyed the delicious food.
The delicious food was enjoyed by everyone.
