I do not understand when i used had,has,have.If the are plural or singular, or if they go with third person, second...etc

You also use have, has, and had for the perfect tenses and in the passive:
I have spoken English all my life./ Buenos Aires has been the capital of Argentina
for many years./ Mona had eaten before I arrived at her home./ I have eaten an apple. > An apple has been eaten by me.
