Interestingly you seem to understand the concepts of number, singular and plural, and person.

So: has is third person singular, present tense.
have is first and third person singular, and all persons plural, present tense.
had is all persons, past tense

You also use have, has, and had for the perfect tenses and in the passive:

I have spoken English all my life./ Buenos Aires has been the capital of Argentina
for many years./ Mona had eaten before I arrived at her home./ I have eaten an apple. > An apple has been eaten by me.
