This is in reference to the accident damages of the subject vehicle, we would like to inform you that the third party run away from the accident spot and police is following up.

As traffic police instructed, we have taken the vehicle to Traffic Police evaluation centre for estimation and they give us the estimation in a sealed envelope to hand over traffic department. Traffic police refused to give us the copy and they mentioned the amount in their report.

Based on above situation, please precede the repair an earliest as possible.
