I'm Jayanetti from Sri Lanka and I'm newcomer for this forum. Can you explain me that why the below mentioned simple present foam is incorrect?
I think He is 3rd person singular foam and then doesn't is ok. -pls. explain the reality.

Welcome to the forum jayanettipk.It is not correct. The primary verbs BE (except for the negative imperative) and HAVE (for some speakers), and the modals can, could, may, might, must, shall, should, will and would do not use DO as an auxiliary verb in nefatives and interrogative constructions.
He does it - He doesn't do it.
He can do it - He can't do it.
