    Default Future

Please explain to me what the correct choice is (and why) between

By the time Jean gets back, it'll be/it will have been too late

    Don't phone after 11.00. I'll be/I'll have been asleep

I supose that the second variant is correct for bot - Am I right?

    Thank you

Note that in the correct context, the past perfect would be the right choice:

A: I'll call when I get back from the airport - probably about 11 o'clock
B: Don't phone then. I go to bed at 10.00 - so if you phone at 11.00 I'll have been asleep for an hour.
