    Default Conditional

    Sir

What is the difference between the following sentences.

1 If I go to my friend's home for dinner tonight, I will take some flowers.

2 If I went to my friend's home for dinner tonight, I would take some flowers.

Kindly clear the uses and tense or type of both.

    Regards.
