Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. The reason I say so is that I have seen this happen before.

2. do you want to go here / go in here ( I said this to a lady standing in the hallway of a building. There were two sets of doors. I wanted to know where she wanted to go.)

3. It has nothing to do with you being not from here.
