Is it possible to say A and do they mean exactly the same thing?

(1) I think (that) it would be more natural if you said something like:

Everything (that) she says is wrong. (You can leave out the "that" in conversation. Maybe it might be nice to include it in writing.)

(2) Here is a true story. Many years ago, an American woman writer hated another
