vocabulary meaning

I would like to present Norah Jones' song "Don't know why" to my students, but I'm not sure about the meaning of "house of fun". I couldn't find it in any dictionary. Is it possible to say that a dance club, a bar, or a movie theater are examples of "houses of fun"? Could you explain what
"I left you by the house of fun" could mean?
