    Default none of the ones

    Dear teachers,

The cottage was deep in the woods so very few princes passed by. And none of the ones who did even tried the door.

Is it correct to say "none of the ones"?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you in advance.

    Yes, it's OK.

'. . .none of those who did. . .' would be better.
