    Default run

What does "run" mean in the following?

Hi, Bill. How's the new assembly run doing, it it behaving itself today?

Does it just mean "assembly work"?

    Thank you.

The "run" here is what a factory is producing for the day. It could be that the assembly "run" today is the new four door model of an automobile or outdoor lights.
